Before stepping into leadership development, Owain spent years as a Locomotive Engineer and National Union Leader, where he served workers across Canada. In these high-stakes environments, he became known for his ability to communicate clearly under pressure, mediate conflict, and guide groups through difficult decisions. His background gives him a grounded, real-world perspective that clients trust, especially when the stakes are high and the path forward isn’t obvious.

Owain has designed and delivered educational workshops, facilitated strategic conversations, and coached leaders at all levels. His approach blends practical problem-solving with a deep commitment to psychological safety, curiosity, and human connection.
