Jasmine is a Political Science student in her final term at the University of Victoria. She recently completed a year abroad at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, where she expanded her academic background by studying marketing, management, and communication strategies in an international context.

Jasmine is working with Uplift to explore and contribute to the field of public engagement. She provides research, survey support, and assistance with engagement communication activities. Her interest is in developing community connections and building inclusive civic education campaigns that inform and empower people's voices within their community.

Motivated by the potential of strategic communication to spark civic participation and social change, Jasmine aspires to work across all levels of government, public, and private institutions. She holds a deep respect and understanding for diverse perspectives and a genuine desire to contribute to work that makes people feel seen, heard, and valued.
