ITE BRAND EVOLUTION

ITE is an international membership association of transportation professionals who work to improve mobility and safety for all transportation system users and help build smart and livable communities. ITE fosters the exchange of knowledge, promotes best practices, and supports the professional development of its over 18,000 members.
The ITE Brand Evolution project is an exciting initiative to align the organization's brand with its diverse and dynamic global community. The process will address name conventions, the brand message, and the visual identity system in the development of clear brand guidelines. When implemented, the guidelines will introduce consistency to the ITE brand, while honoring the organization's long history and local character of Districts, Sections, and Chapters.
Uplift Co.'s work has included change management and engagement communications planning, an extensive brand audit, engagement with District, Section, Chapter, Council, and Committee leaders, and workshops with the International Board of Direction. Over 100 people participated in the first round of engagement, comprised of eight online engagement sessions and a follow-up survey. Our collaborative process is intended to ensure that the final Brand Guidelines and Implementation Plan reflect the collective vision of ITE's membership.
