ITE INTERNATIONAL 2026 ALL-MEMBER SURVEY

ITE International – A Community of Transportation Professionals conducted its 2026 All-Member Survey to inform the organization’s 2027–2029 Strategic Plan and build upon a 10-year benchmark of understanding of member satisfaction. The survey captured input from members across all districts and sections, helping ITE understand priorities, identify opportunities for growth, and strengthen services and programs for transportation professionals.
ITE International retained Uplift Engagement Communications (Uplift) to develop and execute the survey design, launch, promotion, analysis, and reporting. Uplift built on our experience with the 2023 All-Member Survey to ensure the process was efficient, engaging, and produced actionable insights.
Our team worked closely with ITE staff to ensure questions addressed the organization's current strategic priorities. We also developed a survey promotion strategy to increase response rates. An infographic summarizing previous survey results and key achievements was created to provide context and help tell the story of how member feedback is valued. Once the survey launched, Uplift monitored responses to identify patterns by member category, district, and section, allowing ITE to target outreach where needed.
Once the survey closed, we conducted a detailed analysis of both qualitative and quantitative feedback. This included benchmarking results against previous surveys over a 10-year period to identify trends and emerging opportunities. A comprehensive “What We Heard” report was prepared. Uplift delivered an in-person interactive presentation to the International Board of Direction to highlight key findings and collectively discuss the connections to the organization's strategic plan.
By engaging members across all districts and sections, the 2026 All-Member Survey ensured that ITE’s strategic planning reflected the voices and priorities of its community of over 18,000 transportation professionals across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
