The City of Fernie’s Council Strategic Plan is a guiding document through to 2028. It outlines Council’s values with specific goals and the strategies for success. Metrics are included to help Council achieve the desired outcomes and evaluate their effectiveness. An Implementation Plan will also support the Strategic Plan and be reviewed annually.

Uplift Engagement Communications (Uplift) had the privilege of providing input to the overall report structure, copy editing, highlighting key content to ensure clarity and impact, and developing design concepts per the City of Fernie’s brand standards. We incorporated infographics, icons, and customized photos to enhance the visual appeal. The resulting document is engaging, reflecting the City’s commitment to transparency and excellence. This project exemplifies our ability to deliver tailored, high-quality reports that effectively communicate strategic objectives and foster community engagement.
